Our machine barrel is heated using a nano-far-infrared electric heating coil with national first-class energy-saving standards, which saves more than 40% of electricity, heats up faster, and has a service life of more than three years, and our H series hybrid preform machines adopts an independent electric motor melting method that melts glue while opening the mold, which is very effective. The molding cycle is shortened by more than 15% and energy is saved by more than 30%.
The "Fast" of PET preform machine mainly depends on clamping time, ejection time, charging cycle and cooling cycle. Cooling cycle is depends on mould and working environment, Take our 328ton machine for example, in the market our main competitor clamping mould cycle time is 3.5-3.8s, and our Efficient machine is only 2.0-2.2s.
