The Preform Injection Mould stands out with excellent performance: it delivers a long mould life of 3,000,000 shots and maintains a precise tolerance of ±0.01mm, while its specification is fully based on the 3D final drawing to ensure consistency with your design. In terms of materials, it uses P20 for the mold base and S136 for the mold core & cavity, balancing durability and practicality. For production configuration, it offers flexible cavity options (8, 12, 16, 24, 35, 48, etc.) that are determined by customers' capacity needs, supports multiple mode gate types (needle valve, short tail, long tail) and is equipped with a hot runner to boost production efficiency.
