It offers versatile mode gate selections including pin-point gate, edge gate, and submarine gate, paired with an advanced hot runner system to optimize injection efficiency. Specifically engineered for PET and PETG plastic materials, this mold features an impressive service life of up to 3,500,000 shots, with specifications strictly aligned to the final 3D design and tolerance maintained at ±0.008mm for ultra-high precision. For secure delivery, it is packaged in a reinforced wooden case; its size and weight are adjusted based on customers' specific product requirements, and free samples are provided for quality verification.
