Durability and precision are at the core of this mold’s design: the mold base is made of high-quality P20, while the mold core & cavity adopt wear-resistant S136, a material combination that guarantees an impressive mould life of 3,000,000 shots. When it comes to precision, tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.01mm, and every part of the mold is manufactured in full compliance with the final 3D drawing, ensuring it matches your design specifications down to the smallest detail.
To adapt to different production capacities, the mold provides flexible cavity selections (including 8, 12, 16, 24, 35, 48, and more), which can be customized based on your specific output requirements.
