1. Project Name: Ultra-High-Yield Preform Production Line Project (48-Cavity/24-Cavity)

o Client: A large international beverage group

o Core Technology: Ultra-high number of cavities, ultra-short cycle time, and extremely low energy consumption.

o Project Highlights:

§ 48-Cavity High-Speed ​​Preform Machine: Utilizing a dual-circuit servo hydraulic system and hot runner synchronous control technology, this machine optimizes the production cycle to be comparable to a traditional 24-cavity machine while doubling the number of cavities. It also reduces energy consumption per cavity by 18%, creating a regional production line that is the highest-capacity for the client.

§ 24-Cavity Copolyester Dedicated Machine: Designed for the demand for high-end lightweight preforms, this machine features an optimized temperature control system (±0.5℃) and a corrosion-resistant screw barrel, ensuring perfect material performance.

o Global Value: Helping clients capture market share in rapidly growing emerging markets with the lowest preform cost.

2. Project Name: "Pillar" Series Large-Diameter Thick-Walled Container Injection Molding Project (8 Cavities)

o Clients: Chemical and food industry giants in Senegal and Ethiopia

o Core Technologies: Large tonnage, large-capacity molds, stable in-mold pressure and cooling control.

o Project Highlights:

§ Developed an 8-cavity large-diameter mold for 10-20 liter large drums/tanks. Through multi-stage injection and holding pressure curve optimization, solved the industry problems of shrinkage and warpage in thick-walled products.

§ Equipped with an ultra-long cooling time adaptive system, intelligently coordinating cooling with other actions to improve overall equipment efficiency while ensuring quality.

o Global Value: Provided a reliable localized production solution for large-scale packaging for African countries with rapidly developing infrastructure and basic industries, reducing their dependence on imported packaging.

3. Project Name: "Rainbow" Series Two-Color/Double-Layer Preform Innovative Application Project

o Clients: High-end drinking water and cosmetics brands in the UAE

o Core Technologies: Two-color injection molding, multi-layer composite molding, precision mold transfer. Project Highlights:

§ Successfully delivered a two-color preform injection molding system, enabling the production of high-end preforms with a transparent outer layer and a UV-resistant (or brand-colored) inner layer, all in a single molding process.

§ Integrated high-precision rotary mold system and dual injection unit linkage control ensure the bonding strength and aesthetics of the two layers.

Global Value: Helping high-end market clients achieve product differentiation and value enhancement, meeting consumers' dual demands for aesthetics and functionality.
